Preserving and Promoting Vietnam’s Rich Heritage and Culture
The Health & Heritage Association is a non-profit that promotes Vietnamese heritage and culture and fosters community and wellness. We educate the public on Vietnam’s unique traditions, history, and values and promote healthy lifestyles and cultural sensitivity. We are dedicated to preserving and celebrating our cultural heritage.
OUR CLASSES
Experience Vietnam’s Rich Culture through Our Dynamic Classes
Vietnamese-Chinese Lion Dance
A traditional cultural performance that combines elements of Chinese and Vietnamese culture, and is often performed during festive occasions to bring good luck and prosperity.
Vietnamese Language
An opportunity for young Vietnamese Americans to learn and improve their skills in speaking, reading, and writing in the Vietnamese language, and to gain a deeper understanding of Vietnamese culture and communication.
Martial Arts
For students to learn and practice traditional Vietnamese martial arts techniques, as well as gain physical fitness and self-defense skills.
Ink Wash Painting
For students to learn and practice traditional Vietnamese-Chinese art form, using ink and water to create brushstrokes and create their own art.
